Can I get a refund for my purchase?

No, we do not offer refunds. We only provide exchange or return options under certain conditions.

 

What is the timeframe for requesting an exchange or return?

All exchange or return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

What are the conditions for items eligible for exchange or return?

Items eligible for exchange or return must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

What happens if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?

If the item you requested for exchange is out of stock, we will issue a credit note for the item’s value. This credit note can be used for up to 3 months from the date of issue.

How long will delivery take?
  • For orders within the UAE, delivery can be arranged in 1 day with an additional fee, or in 2-3 days for standard delivery.
  • For orders in the GCC, delivery takes approximately 3-5 days.
